Policies
Terms & Conditions
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://kidcowboyroasters.com and any related services, features, or products offered by Kid Cowboy Roasters (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this website.
1. Website Use. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not violate any applicable law or regulation, interfere with or disrupt the operation of the website, or harm, attempt to gain unauthorized access to, or misuse any systems or data. We may suspend or terminate access to the website if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.
2. Products and Orders. We sell roasted coffee, merchandise, and related products through this website. Product details, descriptions, and pricing may be updated at any time without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, limit quantities per customer or order, and correct errors or inaccuracies in pricing or product information. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund for the canceled portion unless otherwise required by law.
3. Pricing and Payment. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Prices may not include sales tax, shipping, or other fees unless specified. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and current billing and shipping information and authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the full order amount, including taxes and shipping where applicable. Payments are processed by third-party providers, and we do not store full payment card details on our servers.
4. Shipping and Delivery. Shipping options and rates will be presented at checkout. Shipping and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delays or issues may occur that are outside our control. You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide unless otherwise required by law.
5. Returns and Refunds. Our return and refund policy is described separately on this website and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Because coffee and similar items are perishable, returns may be limited or unavailable unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. In Texas, refund rights for most purchases generally depend on the store’s posted policy rather than a universal state return rule. Please review our posted return policy before placing an order.sll.texas
6. Intellectual Property. All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, product names, and designs, is owned by Kid Cowboy Roasters or used with permission and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content, modify or create derivative works, or use our branding, trademarks, or content without our prior written consent. Limited personal, noncommercial use is permitted where allowed by law.
7. Reviews and User Content. If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content, you represent that you own or have rights to that content, grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute the User Content for business and marketing purposes, and agree that your content will not violate any law or infringe the rights of any third party. We may edit, moderate, or remove User Content at our discretion.
8. Disclaimers. The website and all products and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kid Cowboy Roasters will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim related to your use of the website or purchase of products will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kid Cowboy Roasters, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use or misuse of the website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.
11. Third-Party Services and Links. We may use or link to third-party services such as payment processors, shipping carriers, email providers, analytics tools, or social media. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites or services, or for any damage or loss caused by your use of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.
12. Governing Law and Disputes. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas unless another process is required by law or agreed to in writing.
13. Changes to These Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the bottom of the page will reflect the most recent version. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

Shipping & Returns
1. Order Processing & Roasting. We roast and ship fresh coffee to order. Orders are typically added to our roast schedule and roasted within 3 business days of purchase, not including weekends or holidays. Freshly roasted coffee is packed, sealed, and shipped shortly after roasting to help preserve freshness. If we anticipate a significant delay, such as one caused by holidays or unexpected issues, we will do our best to notify you by email.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery. We currently ship within the United States only. Orders ship via carriers such as USPS, UPS, or other common carriers, and estimated delivery windows displayed at checkout are estimates only and not guaranteed. Once your order has been handed to the carrier, transit time is controlled by the carrier and may be affected by weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, and we are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
3. Shipping Costs. We currently offer flat-rate shipping for all orders. Shipping rates are subject to change without advanced notice, but we will do our best to communicate any changes that impact in progress orders.
4. Order Tracking. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information if it is available for your chosen shipping method. Please allow some time for tracking details to update after the carrier receives your package. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find the package, check with household members, neighbors, or your local post office or carrier before contacting us. If you still need help, email us at hello@kidcowboyroasters.com with your order number and details.
5. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears to be missing items, contact us at hello@kidcowboyroasters.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We will review each case and work with you to make it right, which may include a replacement, partial refund, or other remedy at our discretion.
6. Returns & Refunds – Coffee (Perishable Items). Due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on coffee once it has shipped, except in cases of damage, defects, or errors on our part. If there is a quality issue with your coffee, please contact us at hello@kidcowboyroasters.com within 7 days of delivery so we can review and address your concern.
7. Returns & Refunds – Non-Perishable Items. For non-perishable items, such as apparel, mugs, or other merchandise, we accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and, where applicable, in original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or order number, is required.
8. How to Start a Return (Non-Perishable Items). To request a return or exchange for a non-perishable item, email us at hello@kidcowboyroasters.com with your order number and details about the item you would like to return or exchange. We will let you know if the return is approved and provide instructions, including the return address and any applicable return label. Unless stated otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
9. Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are typically processed to your original payment method within 3 to 7 business days, though banks and payment processors may take additional time to post the refund. Refunds will not include original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error, such as an incorrect or damaged item.
10. Cancellations & Address Changes. If you need to cancel or change your order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@kidcowboyroasters.com with your order number. Because we roast to order and typically roast within 3 business days, we may not be able to change or cancel an order once roasting has begun or the order has shipped.
11. Local Pickup or Delivery (If Offered). If we offer local pickup or local delivery, specific instructions such as pickup times, locations, or delivery windows will be provided on the Site or at checkout. Orders not picked up within the specified time frame may be canceled or forfeited without refund, depending on the product and circumstances.
12. Policy Updates. We may update this Shipping & Returns Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the bottom of this page will reflect the most recent version, and any changes become effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Site and placement of orders after updates are posted means you accept the revised policy.
Last updated on 7/8/2026 and reflects our most recent version of our policies. Continued use of our Site indicates you accept all of our policies.
